House rule
Dear guests,
So that we can offer all our guests a pleasant stay, we ask you to observe the following house rules:
1. Arrival and departure: The accommodation is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. We ask you to adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. Please give us your ID card or passport immediately upon arrival for registration at the tourist agency. A (partial) refund of the rent due to an early departure is generally not possible.
2. Cleanliness and inventory: Please leave the apartments as you found them. Garbage must be disposed of in the containers provided. We ask you to return all used utensils, clean and dry, to the place where you took them. Crockery or other inventory may not be exchanged between apartments. It is forbidden to destroy installations, furniture, furnishings and equipment. If anything goes missing or is damaged, the owner must be informed immediately. If this is the fault of the guest, he or she must compensate for the damage. It is forbidden to take furniture and equipment (towels, blankets, etc.) outside.
3. Rest and respect: Please respect the quiet times between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. so that all guests can have a restful night.
4. Non-smoking rooms: All of our apartments are non-smoking rooms. We are happy to provide you with an ashtray for smoking on the terrace. Please make sure not to leave any embers behind and do not throw hot cigarettes into the garbage cans.
5. Guests and visitors: Access to visitors not specified in the booking is only permitted after prior arrangement.
6. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
7. Keys and access: Please take good care of your apartment keys. If lost or damaged, a fee will be charged. We also ask that you always lock the apartments. When you go out, be sure to close the windows and doors, close the parasol, turn off the lights and all electrical devices (TV, air conditioning, stove...) and turn off the water taps.
8. Valuables: Each guest is responsible for their own belongings and valuables left in the apartment. The landlord accepts no liability for any loss of these.
9. Reporting and problems: If you encounter any problems or defects during your stay, please inform us immediately so that they can be resolved as quickly as possible. As a guest, you are responsible for your own behavior in the house and its surroundings and will bear the consequences in the event of an accident.
10. Entry into the apartment by the owner: In special circumstances, e.g. to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger, the owner has the right to enter the apartment. He is obliged to inform the guest about this at the next contact.
If a guest does not comply with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the guest's service.
